Express Cleanser

Express  Cleanser - 4oz.

This silicone based Mascara cleanser is to be used PRIOR to initial application.  The cleanser is specifically formulated to remove any built up residue and mascara that your client may have on their lashes prior to you performing the procedure.

This product is not to be used as a mascara cleanser after your client has the lashes on as the silicone will break down the adhesive bond.
